Re-establishing a patient’s natural dental aesthetics is a key focus in modern dentistry. However, financial or time limitations often call for a more direct approach. Fortunately, composite restorations have become an efficient and predictable solution for clinicians, offering long-term function and aesthetics.
 
Despite this, many dentists find direct anterior composites to be technically challenging, time-consuming, and often financially unrewarding. This may be due to the incorrect use of new materials, which require a fresh approach to achieve successful outcomes.
 
The placement of matrices in the anterior region is particularly challenging, as it’s essential to achieve a proper seal, strong contact points, and perfect contours.
 
This workshop aims to demonstrate how achieving perfect interproximal contact points becomes more intuitive and immediate. With optimal emergence profiles, strong contacts, and no excess material, both single and multiple restorations can be completed with more predictable results.
